  • Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 7-14 days before the event date. All payments must be received in full before we can proceed with the event.

  • Invoices: We provide detailed invoices for all payments. Invoices include a breakdown of services provided and payment due dates.
  • Receipts: Receipts are issued for each payment received. Please keep your receipts for your records.

4. Late Payments

  • Late Fees: Late payments may be subject to additional fees as outlined in your contract. It is important to adhere to the payment schedule to avoid any disruptions to your event planning.
  • Event Postponement: If payments are not made on time, Parfaire Events reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event services until payment is received.
