Parfaire Events: Refund Guarantee
At Parfaire Events, we strive to provide exceptional service and create memorable experiences for our clients. We understand that circumstances can change, and we want to offer you peace of mind with our Refund Guarantee. Please read the following terms and conditions regarding our refund policy:
1. Deposit and Booking Fees
- Non-Refundable Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure our services. This deposit covers initial planning and administrative costs and is not eligible for a refund.
- Booking Fees: Any additional booking fees paid up front are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise specified in your contract.
2. Cancellation by Client
- Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel your event, please notify us in writing as soon as possible.
- Refund Eligibility: Refund eligibility depends on the timing of the cancellation:
- More than 90 Days Before the Event: If you cancel more than 90 days before the event date, you may be eligible for a partial refund of any payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
- 30 to 90 Days Before the Event: If you cancel between 30 and 90 days before the event date, you may be eligible for a refund of up to 50% of payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
- Less than 30 Days Before the Event: If you cancel less than 30 days before the event date, no refunds will be issued due to the commitment of resources and scheduling of vendors.
3. Cancellation by Parfaire Events
- Full Refund: In the unlikely event that Parfaire Events needs to cancel your event due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, you will receive a full refund of all payments made, including the deposit.
4. Force Majeure
- Unforeseen Events: In the case of events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics), we will work with you to reschedule the event to a mutually agreeable date. If rescheduling is not possible, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
5. Vendor and Venue Refunds
- Third-Party Policies: Refunds for third-party vendors and venues are subject to the terms and conditions of those individual providers. We will assist you in negotiating any potential refunds, but we cannot guarantee them.
6. Refund Process
- Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at [email address] or [phone number]. Include your event details and reason for the cancellation.
- Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and will be issued to the original payment method.
7. Changes and Updates
- Policy Updates: Parfaire Events reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Guarantee at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the updated policy will apply to all bookings made after the effective date of the changes.
